About This Episode

Happy New Year! The year that seemed never-ending finally ended! A new President has been elected. Vaccines are being rolled out for COVID-19. We’re looking forward in trepidatious-yet-joyful hope to a 2021 filled with opportunities and possibilities.

This week on the Crowned Opulence Podcast, I’m excited to chat with Certified Life Coach, Reiki Master teacher, and Good Love Coach Daydree Horner.

Daydree and I have a delightful conversation about:

  1. The difference between self-love and self-care. And yes, there is a distinct difference.
  2. Benefits of Meditation
  3. Facing your negative emotions instead of burying them
  4. Letting go of relationships and friendships without drama and toxicity
  5. How to talk to yourself (self-talk)

I think most of us experienced some degree of trauma last year… from COVID-19 to George Floyd to the Elections and everything in-between… we were put through the emotional and financial wringer.

As we move into the new year and all that it holds, I want all my Queens to focus on self-love. After the last twelve months, we all need it!

Sometimes self-love can be hard… it might require us to recall tough memories and have difficult conversations or enforce boundaries. But it’s always worth it. You’re worth it.

So grab your mimosa, get cozy and join the fun on the Crowned Opulence Podcast. Tune in on your favorite podcast app.
