About This Episode

That moment you decide to follow a dream is magical. It’s so exciting.  Not everyone finds a dream they truly believe in.  Even fewer people take action to pursue them. There’s no doubt it’s a risk, but what dreams come easy? Besides you’d rather go for it and fail than let it pass you by without even trying. Everything goes well…until you mention it to the people close to you. A few are doubtful, but many of them are outright unsupportive.  There’s nothing worse than finding a dream you want to pursue only for the people that surround you to discourage it. This is what the Atlanta-based comedian, Kyndra Crump went through when she decided she’d become a comedian.

Kyndra is capable of a lot of things but making you laugh comes like second nature to her! Through this conversation, she shares what sparked her interest in becoming a comedian and what it takes to be one. Tune in and be ready to laugh your way through the entire interview!

We’re talking about:

  • How Kyndra  got into comedy and what it takes to be a comedian
  • How lack of support from friends and family propels one to greater heights
  • Overcoming the lack of support and still pursuing your dream.
  • How to stay motivated and consistent in a tough industry
  • and so much more!
