About This Episode
“If prayer is you talking to God, then intuition is God talking to you.” – Wayne Dyer
While many of us choose our decisions based on our experience or other people’s advice or opinion, we sometimes have that gut feeling of knowing what’s best for us.
In this week’s episode, we are joined by Andrea Jones a.k.a. Infiniti Jones who shares all about intuition and the important role it plays in our lives. She talks about the difference between ego and intuition, one of the biggest challenges she faced in her life, and how her intuition helped her be the best version of herself.
Being intuitive and listening to our bodies allows us to learn to trust ourselves and be aware of that part of ourselves that was always there but we either didn’t recognize or unintentionally shut down due to distractions or lack of awareness. By finding that balance, tuning into our bodies through meditation, and connecting with ourselves, we can live a more opulent life.
